Charity Project: Rescue Animal Calendar

An estimated 250,000 dogs roam the streets of Cape Town, often in very bad health. We decided to roll up our sleeves and provide the photography for the calendar produced by TEARS, one of Cape Town’s animal charities that does incredible work to rescue, rehabilitate, and home stray dogs and cats. And what a fun project! We photographed an array of rescue animals, some that were/are still looking for a home, some that already found a home. They weren’t all the easiest models, but they’re all gorgeous, and the experience was rewarding and fun.
